As we farewell the 2024 school year, I wish all students and their families a wonderful break. Take the time to rest, recharge and enjoy the holidays before we head back in 2025!

Please ensure any Anaphylaxis, Asthma and Allergy plans are reviewed by your doctor, completed and returned to the College via either Consent2Go or by emailing laubej@aloysius.vic.edu.au.

A recipe for delicious Gingerbread Overnight Weet-Bix to get you in the festive spirit and see you through to the end of term!

Apple Cinnamon Baked Oats

Ingredients:

  • 2 Weet-Bix, roughly crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon mixed spice
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk (milk)
  • 150g Vanilla or Greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoons honey
  • 1 Ginger Nut or Biscoff Biscuit (Optional)

Method:

  1. In a small container or bowl combine Weet-Bix, mixed spice and Almond milk to form base
  2. Mix Yoghurt and Honey and spread over base
  3. Sprinkle with a bit of extra mixed spice, and a crushed Ginger Nut or Biscoff Biscuit if desired
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight
